thelittlebaker.in is an eCommerce platform, primarily dealing with edible and non-edible baking supplies. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer a try and return policy. However, If you are not happy with the product or if the product delivered is not as described, customers would have all the right to return the product provided they are unused.
Following are the guidelines for such returns:
- Return of your purchase can be initiated within 7 days from the time of delivery.
- All electrical appliances like Stand Mixers, Ovens, Hand Mixers, Food processors etc will be covered under the 3 day replacement policy, which is described on the product page.
- All customised products like wafer sheet print, icing sheet print, custom cake toppers fall under the non returnable category, as they are customised designs for individual requirement.
- For other products, once you initiate the return, our courier partner will pick the product from your doorstep and we shall refund the entire cost of the product.
- For locations which are not supported for return pick up, the product has to be shipped back to us by the customer. In such cases a maximum of Rs 50 will be refunded towards the cost of return shipping charges on submission of proof.
- For COD orders, refunds will be done only in the form of store credits.
- The buyer is expected to pack the product intact to avoid any damage in transit. The refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in good quality and in new and unopened condition along with the original packaging.
- Some products due to their nature, are marked as “NON RETURNABLE PRODUCT”. The Little Baker Store will not accept return of these products irrespective of the reason of return. These products need to be purchased at buyers risk.
For hygiene reasons, returns are NOT accepted for edible products.
For all returns, thelittlebaker.in would have the rights reserved to take a call if a request for return can be accepted or not.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: There will be NO return pick up for wholesale customers. In case of returns, wholesale customers would have to ship the products back to us at their cost. In case the product returns to us due to wrong address, availability of customer or rejection by customer, the upward and downward shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
You can choose to cancel your order any time before your receive the parcel. If the cancellation happens after the dispatch of the order, the shipment charges will be deducted from the refund. Refund will be initiated once we receive the shipment
